We are the people you call when the CRM was supposed to fix this.

Yuuniti implements Vtiger for small and mid-sized companies across Europe. Not enterprise transformation programmes — real businesses with a sales lead who is also the ops lead, and a support inbox that three people half-watch.

How we work

Three things we do differently, and one we refuse to do

We start with your process, not our template

Every implementation begins with an honest look at how work moves through your business today. Some of what we find should be automated. Some of it should be abolished. Configuring a CRM around a broken process just makes the process faster at being broken.

We optimise for the person who has to use it on a Tuesday

Adoption is the whole game. A system with fifteen mandatory fields per record is a system where reps keep their real notes somewhere else. We build for the least enthusiastic user on your team, because they decide whether the data is any good.

We size licences down, not up

We make money on implementation. That means we have no reason to sell you full cross-app access for someone who only ever opens the help desk — and every reason to make sure your renewal is comfortable enough that you are still here in three years.

What we will not do

Tell you Vtiger is right when it isn't. We are a Vtiger partner and that is genuinely where our expertise sits, but if what you describe in the first call is a project-management problem or an accounting problem wearing a CRM costume, we will say so and you can go and solve the actual thing.

Languages

CRM training in a second language is a bad idea

People adopt systems they were taught in their own language. We work in English, French, Dutch and German, and the training sessions, field labels and documentation follow the team rather than the head office.

Come and describe the problem

Half an hour, no deck, and an honest opinion at the end of it.
