What this costs depends on who does what.

Vtiger has four editions and two kinds of seat. Get the mix right and a fifteen-person company pays a fraction of what it would on one blanket licence. Get it wrong and you pay for cross-app access nobody uses. Below: the real numbers, and something that helps you pick.

Start from where you are

If this sounds like you, start here

Four situations we see most weeks. Pick the closest one — it loads a starting point into the advisor, and you can argue with it from there.

The advisor

Or just describe your situation and let it work it out

It asks one question at a time, in plain language, and fills in the panel as it goes. It will not quote you a price it made up — the figures come from the same table further down this page.

Yuuniti advisor Vtiger editions
Hello. I help work out which Vtiger edition fits, and how many of each seat type you need — nothing more exciting than that, but it saves a lot of guessing. Tell me roughly what your company does and how many people would end up using the CRM.

The advisor sends what you type to Anthropic's API so it can understand you, and nothing else happens with it unless you press the button and send it to us. It is a starting point, not a quote.

How the two seat types work

Standard gives one person full access across all five Vtiger apps. Single App gives read and write in one app — sales, marketing, help desk, projects or inventory — and read-only in the rest.

A support agent who never touches a deal does not need cross-app access. Neither does a warehouse coordinator. Putting those people on Single App seats is the single biggest lever on a Vtiger bill, and it is the first thing we look at when we size a licence.

What is not in these numbers

  • Implementation, configuration and data migration — quoted per project after we have seen your processes
  • Training days, which we usually recommend splitting by role rather than doing in one go
  • Custom modules or integrations where no standard connector exists
  • Booster packs, if you want to lift one specific limit without moving up an edition

Prices are set in euros and reviewed periodically against the underlying Vtiger list price. One Growth is capped at 15 users and 100,000 records and has no Single App seat. One Professional, One Enterprise and One AI each need at least one Standard user. Local taxes are charged in addition.

The questions everyone asks

Before you commit

Can we start small and move up later?

Yes, and most people should. Editions can be changed, and it is far easier to add capability to a CRM people already use than to talk a team out of a system they found overwhelming on day one. The one thing to watch is One Growth's 15-user ceiling — if you can see yourself passing it within the year, start on Professional.

What happens if we outgrow One Growth mid-contract?

You move up. We handle the change with Vtiger and the difference is prorated. Nothing is rebuilt and no data moves — the extra features simply appear.

Do we have to buy the implementation from you as well?

No. Some clients buy licences through us and run the configuration themselves, particularly if they already have someone internal who knows Vtiger. We will tell you honestly if that is the sensible option for you.

Is there a free trial?

Vtiger offers a 15-day trial with no card required. We would rather you spent that fortnight testing your own workflows than clicking around a demo, so if you tell us what you want to try, we will set the trial up to mirror it.

Why are your prices in euros when Vtiger publishes in dollars?

Because most of our clients budget, invoice and get paid in euros, and a price that moves with the exchange rate is not a price. Ours is a fixed euro list, reviewed periodically. Nothing is added at checkout except VAT where it applies.

How is VAT handled?

Every figure on this page excludes VAT. Yuuniti is a UK-registered company; EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. If you are unsure how that applies to you, ask your accountant — we are not qualified to advise on it.

Still not sure? That is what the call is for.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe how work moves through your business and we tell you what we would configure, what we would not, and what it would cost.
