A CRM nobody uses is just a very expensive spreadsheet.
We do more than hand over licences. We work out how your teams actually operate, find where things stall, and configure Vtiger around that — then migrate your data, connect your other tools, train the people who have to live in it, and stay on afterwards.
The platform is genuinely good and genuinely flexible, which is exactly why it can be configured badly. A partner sits between the product and the organisation, and is responsible for the part the vendor cannot do from a distance: knowing how your business runs.
In practice that means we do this, with you:
Choose the edition and seat structure that matches how people work
Turn business requirements into an actual CRM design
Configure the system around your sales and service processes
Import and organise the customer data you already have
Automate the admin nobody enjoys and everybody forgets
Connect Vtiger to the other applications you run on
Train users and administrators for their real jobs, not for a feature list
Keep improving the thing as the company changes
The implementation service
Ten things that turn a licence into a working system
Not every project needs all ten. Most need more than they expected at the start, and the ones that go wrong are almost always the ones that skipped the first.
Business process analysis
We look at lead generation, qualification, pipeline, quoting and approvals, onboarding, support, renewals, delivery and reporting — and decide together what to keep, fix, automate or throw out. Everything after this is downstream of it.
Configuration
Users, roles and hierarchies, permissions, pipelines and deal stages, lead statuses, custom fields and layouts, products, templates, notifications, assignment rules, approvals, dashboards. Each person sees what their job needs and not the rest.
Workflow automation
Assigning leads, creating tasks when a deal moves, chasing quiet opportunities, escalating tickets that breach SLA, reminding someone about a renewal before it lapses. Less manual work, and far less variation between people.
Data migration
Organisations, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, quotes, invoices, activities, tickets and history — mapped, deduplicated, standardised and validated before it lands. Bad data in a new CRM kills adoption faster than any missing feature.
Integrations
Email, calendars, your website and forms, telephony, accounting, ERP, marketing tools, e-commerce, portals, document generation, e-signature, BI. Where no standard connector exists, we build one on the API or the Vtiger Application Platform.
Customisation & development
Bespoke modules, industry-specific applications, custom actions, advanced approvals, generated documents, external portals, specialised dashboards. For the processes that are genuinely yours and should not be flattened into a standard workflow.
Reporting & dashboards
Pipeline value, forecast, conversion, activity, lead source, deal ageing, response and resolution times, renewals, retention. The point is a manager knowing on Tuesday what they used to find out at month end.
Training
By role, not by module. A rep, a support agent, a marketer and an administrator need four different sessions, and the administrator needs the longest one. We cover daily use, data standards, reporting and automation.
Testing & deployment
Access, visibility, workflow behaviour, notifications, migration, reports, integrations, approvals, mobile. Validated against the requirements we agreed at the start, by your people, before anyone goes live.
Support & improvement
User and administrator help, troubleshooting, configuration changes, new reports, extra integrations, onboarding for new staff, data-quality reviews and periodic health checks. This is where most of the long-term value shows up.
How a project runs
Eight stages, in this order, for a reason
Skip discovery and you automate a broken process. Skip testing and your first week live becomes the testing.
Discovery
We meet the people who will use it and the people who will be judged on it. Objectives, existing systems, what hurts, what "better" would look like in numbers.
Solution design
A written description of the CRM structure: processes, roles, automations, integrations, reporting. You approve this before anything is built, and it is what we are held to.
Configuration
We build the environment to the approved design, in your tenant, with your terminology rather than ours.
Data & integrations
Migration is prepared and dry-run. The connections to your other systems go in and get tested with real records, not samples.
Testing
We test internally, then a small group of your people try to break it doing their actual jobs. What they find is cheaper to fix now than in week two.
Training
Role-based sessions close to go-live, so people are still holding it when they need it. Recorded, so the person who joins in March gets the same thing.
Go-live
Deployment, onboarding, and a coordinated move off whatever you were using. Someone from our side is reachable that week, not by ticket.
Optimisation
A few weeks in, we look at what people are actually doing in the system, where data quality is slipping, and what to change. Then again later.
Licences
One invoice, one person to call, no gap between the software and the work
As a Vtiger reseller we handle quotations, activation, renewals and upgrades. The reason that matters is not administrative convenience — it is that nobody can tell you the licence question is somebody else's department.
Before you buy anything we work out how many people need full cross-app access, which teams live in one app, what functionality is genuinely required, whether customisation or integration work is coming, and what level of training and support makes sense.
A referral partner introduces you to Vtiger and steps back. A Solution Partner stays in the project: demonstrations, licence consultation, proposals, implementation, migration, customisation, training, technical support, renewals.
Yuuniti is the second kind. When you are comparing partners, ask each of them plainly which one they are, and get the answer in writing.

Who this is for
You will recognise yourself in at least one of these
Coming off spreadsheets
It worked for years and then it stopped, usually somewhere around the fourth person who needed to edit the same file.
Leaving an older CRM
The data has to come across intact and the team has to be willing to move. Both are solvable; neither is automatic.
Customer data in six places
Email, a shared drive, someone's notebook, the accounting system. Centralising it is the whole point.
Sales that runs on individuals
Two people are brilliant and undocumented. When one leaves, the pipeline leaves with them.
Forecasting on instinct
You know roughly what is coming. Roughly is fine until you have to hire, buy stock or borrow against it.
Already on Vtiger, unhappily
It was configured once, by someone who left, and nobody has touched it since. This is more common than new builds, and often faster to fix.
Straight answers
Frequently asked, honestly answered
Can you migrate data from another CRM?
Usually. It depends on what the old system will export, how the records relate to each other, and how clean the data is underneath. We look at a real export before we promise anything, because "we can migrate that" said too early is how migrations go wrong.
Can Vtiger be customised for our industry?
Yes — custom fields, modules, layouts, workflows, reports and integrations, and purpose-built applications where that is not enough. The more useful question is how much customisation you should have. Heavily customised systems are harder to maintain and harder to upgrade, so we push back on changes that only exist to preserve a habit.
How long does an implementation take?
A small, focused rollout can be live in a week. A multi-team implementation with migration, integrations and role-based training is typically four to ten weeks. The variable is rarely the software — it is how quickly decisions get made on your side.
We already use Vtiger but it is a mess. Can you fix it?
Often, yes, and usually faster than a new build. We review configuration, data quality, permissions, automation, reporting, integrations and actual usage, then tell you what to repair and what to rebuild.
Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes. Troubleshooting, administration, user help, configuration changes, optimisation, further development and training for new starters. This is the part that decides whether the system is still good in two years.
What do you need from us?
One person with authority to make decisions, access to the people who do the work, an export of your current data, and honesty about what is broken. That last one saves more time than anything else.
Tell us what is not working
A first conversation costs you half an hour and produces an honest opinion about whether Vtiger is the right answer for you. Sometimes it isn't, and we will say so.
